Our Story

Where our dogs are beloved pets first and show/performance dogs 2nd.

Our Story

I have always loved dogs from a child with my first girl Daisy, a white poodle mix. After being bitten by the show bug in 1999, I began showing German Shepherds. Thanks to great mentors I had great success with breeding/finishing several Champions and even having one of my dogs win at Westminster. Due to life, I stopped showing in 2015. As life moved on, I found myself in Florida and once again wanting a dog for our family/show but knew I was not as young as I use to be so I wanted a smaller dog, but needed the same intelligence and beauty just in a smaller size :). After much research I found our first miniature poodle Midnight. Midnight came to us 3 months after my husband I had searched for months to find just the “right” girl to join our family. She came as a little spit fire, and quickly took control (as well as our hearts) of our family.

Thanks to some excellent mentors, Midnight finished her Championship quickly with me on the lead. My husband who has been the “best” dog show husband, always loving on the dogs, had decided if we have one dog why not two (or now 3…one day possibly more) since he had big plans for Midnight to begin Agility, and I needed another dog to show…

Chinese Cresteds were not on our original list 🙂 But after “babysitting” a friends Crested and seeing how sweet and comical they are and how much Midnight loved having a friend we just had to get a girl from one of our mentors Kay Peiser and Cici joined our family… then a year later we fell in love once again and Monroe joined us too :).

And knowing how much we love all of our girls, we know one day another will probably join us. Since they are our family and we love them all.
